A Superbill is a specialized receipt that contains specific information required to file a claim with your insurance for reimbursement or request that your charges be applied toward your yearly deductible.

We accept all major credit cards, debit card, and Zelle. Please note that payment is made at the end of each session.

We currently accept Loma Linda Risk Management, Aetna, IEHP, Optum, BC/BS Tri-West, and Out of Network PPO.
