If you have a PPO plan you may be able to see one of our providers by utilizing your out-of-network benefits. You will pay us directly and we will provide you with a Superbill upon request in order for you to file a claim with your insurance.

Our Rates

Clinician Out-of-Pocket Rate: The out-of-pocket fee varies depending on your treating clinician. The out-of-pocket fee ranges from $210-$255 per session. Please inquire about the cost of services at the time of scheduling your first appointment.

Our Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a late-cancellation/no-show fee for the full amount.

We do ask all clients to be aware that our staff have limited time slots to conduct their sessions and cancellation/waiting lists of clients wanting to book any available openings.
